I am an organisational consultant and product strategy advisor, and the founder of ProLeadersLab®. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, product, governance and organisational design. I work with leaders when priorities compete, responsibilities blur, decision-making slows and local fixes no longer address the underlying system.

On Medium, I write in English about management under pressure, the organisational dynamics behind recurring business problems, and the choices leaders make when there is no clean answer. The aim is practical: clearer diagnosis, better conversations and decisions that hold beyond the next quarter.

I am also the author of 4FMTR, a framework for thinking about team resilience at a system level. Here I explore how it connects external pressure, organisational design and a team’s capacity to act.
